Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial
Every account gets a free trial of 10 assessments. No credit card is required. There is nothing to refund — if Pro isn’t right for you, simply don’t subscribe.
Monthly Subscription
ErgoVision Pro is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing support@visionify.ai.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep Pro features until then. We do not automatically refund the unused portion of a month.
Refund Requests
We will consider a prorated or full refund if:
- You were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation).
- The Service was materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault (typically more than 24 hours of unplanned downtime in a billing cycle).
- You contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge and have not generated more than 5 paid-tier assessments.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Annual Plans
If we offer annual plans in the future, those will be governed by terms presented at checkout.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before issuing a chargeback. We will always work with you first. Accounts with disputed or reversed charges may be suspended pending resolution.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@visionify.aiwith your account email and the invoice ID. We respond within 1 business day during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Time).
For ErgoVision Pro, our service availability commitments are governed by our Service Level Agreement and Support Policy.
